  • Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. When you submit one of our ads on Meta platforms, Meta passes us the information you confirmed in that form. Meta’s own handling of your data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
  • Phone calls, text messages, and WhatsApp conversations you start with us.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or payment card numbers through any online form.

We use what you give us to do the job you asked us to do:

Message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP or by telling us directly — it will not affect any work already underway. We do not send marketing blasts.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to advertisers or lead brokers. We share it only when necessary:

  • With people who work on your project — our crew, and where relevant suppliers or subcontractors who need the address to deliver materials or perform work.
  • With service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host and email provider, and only to the extent they need it.
  • With your insurance company, if you ask us to assist with a claim.
  • When the law requires it — for permits, inspections, a subpoena, or a valid legal request.

6. How long we keep it

If you request an estimate and do not hire us, we keep your information for up to two years and then delete it. If we complete work for you, we keep project records for the length of the applicable workmanship warranty plus any period required by law, since we need them to honor warranty claims.

7. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete your information, unless we are required to keep it for warranty or legal reasons.
  • Stop contacting you.
